Before submitting a special offer you need to know, understand and agree to the way in which these offers are going to be presented and ultimately redeemed; this is imperative to the success of this campaign. (See how the PASSPORT works for detail)
- The special offer you present needs to be exclusive to PASSPORT holders. Respondents who do not have a PASSPORT are not entitled to the special offer.
- The special offer will only be accepted and published if it has real value for PASSPORT holders.
- Your special offer must be clearly defined and must include
- The normal retail price
- The Rand value of the special offer (Special offers can only be redeemed using vouchers)
- A relevant picture; this is optional and the picture should be a J-peg no bigger than 50MB
- If the PASSPORT holder has insufficient vouchers to redeem the full value of your special offer, he/she needs to pay for the shortfall– you will be invoiced from our side and On Track Club will reimburse the shortfall in Tracks. (Tracks are On Track Club currency with equivalent Rand value that can only be used at participating outlets – this is the pivotal point of the loyalty campaign)
