18 Finalists will be selected from the selection process during the Township Adventure Games. These finalists will be sponsored a two night adventure weekend; an experience that will live with them for the rest of their lives. They will have the opportunity to try out a host of adventure sports ranging from kayaking and mountain biking to horse riding and abseiling.
This entire group will form the foundation for the local adventure sports development squad. Six finalists will be chosen from the development squad to attend the SA Development Challenge which will double up as the final selection process for the bursary student.
