Step 1:
The PASSPORT is issued selectively to prospective long term customers and includes R300 worth of vouchers
No Exceptions: You need to have a PASSPORT – the PASSPORT is issued with R300 worth of vouchers. Vouchers are used to redeem the value of the special offers at participating outlets. Unless you have a valid Lifestyle & Adventure PASSPORT you can not access or utilise any benefits or discounts offered at the participating stores.
Step 2:
Members redeem the value of the special offer by presenting their vouchers in the PASSPORT to the Rand value of the special offer advertised at the respective participating outlet
If there are insufficient vouchers to make full use of the special offer / discount advertised, the PASSPORT holder must pay the shortfall and the participating outlet will refund you the equivilent value in Tracks to be used for the PASSPORT holders next purchase at any participating outlet NOTE: if the participating store does not have Tracks available this needs to be conveyed to Displays& Exhibitions. Displays&Exhibitions will make arrangements for the refund and invoice the participating store accordingly.
Once the PASSPORT vouchers have been used, you may opt to join as an On Track Club member.
- Membership costs R300pa and can be purchased at any participating outlet.
- Members receive an additional R3000 worth of vouchers when they join and pay your membership fee.
Step 3:
Tracks can be used as payment to a maximum of 90% of any product or service offered at participating stores. On Track Club will exchange the Tracks tendered as per the agreement with that participating store.
On purchasing products that are on special offer to PASSPORT holders, the FULL price needs to be paid with your Tracks and/or Rands, the store will refund the consumer in Tracks to the equivalent Rand value of the special offer – Tracks can be used by the consumer for their next purchase at any participating store.
