On Track Club is actively involved with establishing Mdumbi as a sustainable, financially viable, adventure tourism destination. We hope to preserve the culture and spirit of the Wild Coast for future generations without limiting the quality of life for its people.
Come and Play
Mdumbi beach and Mdumbi River are an awesome playground. The beach is one of the best and most secluded beachesalong the entire Southern African coast. It is safe and protected against windy conditions.
Surfing:
The point offers five star classic point break surfing, rated amongst the best in SA. On its best you can expect a wave running for almost one kilometre.
Snorkelling and fishing:
Beautiful rock pools and reefs are stretching for kilometres North and South of the beach. They offer amazing snorkelling and spear fishing opportunities. Not to mention Mdumi River's rock mussels and mangroves.
Hiking:
The hiking potential is endless and set in breathtaking scenery.
