On Track Club is the collective of four membership groups. Individuals represented as either ordinary or full members. Adventure retailers, service providers and accommodation suppliers to the tourism industry are represented as corporate and associate members.

Simplistically, On Track Club provides the networking platform between non-conflicting adventure retailers, service providers and adventure enthusiasts. Each participating company, organisation or individual is included in the decision making process that plots the direction of On Track Club into the future.

We have designed On Track Club from the perspective that it must work for ALL the membership groups – If something doesn't work we will re-work it until it does work. On Track Club is genuinely a networking platform that works fairly across all directions, from ordinary members to corporate members.

Corporate & Associate Members
Corporate members are specialist adventure retailers and service providers to the tourism industry that have joined the On Track Club. The difference between a corporate member and an associate member is that a corporate member provides these products and services at local level (e.g. Inkwenkwezi Private Game Reserve) where as an associate member (e.g. SANParks - Cape Region) provides them on a provincial or national level. Both are contractually bound to make their products available to our members at preferential rates; special, exclusive offers on products will be advertised through On Track Club's monthly membership

Individual members
On Track Club started out as a group of mates doing adventurous stuff together back in 1992. As our membership grew and the stuff we did became more ambitious so did the need arise for On Track Club to become a little more structured. A member is an individual who has recognised the benefits (personal and to others as set out in our mission statement) available through the membership of On Track Club and has opted to pay an annual membership fee of R300 to become a full member. A full member enjoys a number of exclusive benefits one of which is vouchers to the value of R3000. You don't need to be a rocket scientist to work this one out – pay an annual membership fee of R300 and you receive R3000 PLUS all the other benefits.

Ordinary members
Ordinary members are individuals who have been awarded an Lifestyle & Adventure PASSPORT after having participated at our events or joined us for excursion and expeditions or made use of the services offered by our associate members or purchased products from our corporate members. This is a free membership category and available to all adventure enthusiasts be they active television couch potatoes or elite athletes. As an 'ordinary' member, with our compliments you are entitled to a PASSPORT with vouchers to the value of R300. We hope that once you have used these you will then understand that you don't have to be a rocket scientist to work out that in return for an annual subscription of R300 you receive vouchers to the value of R3000... and that this is a good deal!
